Back to landing Platform / Quorum

Wallet-level quorum controls that decide the transaction workflow.

Numis routes transactions through one-user, two-user, or three-user quorum paths based on the approved wallet custody setting, with vault-level fallback when a wallet setting is not present.

Capabilities

What quorum supports

Set approved custody quorum at the wallet level where supported by the account settings flow.

Use vault-level quorum settings as fallback when no wallet-level setting exists.

Require MFA for one-user and two-user quorum paths.

Persist the effective quorum type on transactions so history reflects the rule used at initiation time.

Workflow

The three paths

  1. 01

1 user: initiator submits, client approval auto-completes, then Trust Office processing begins.

  2. 02

2 users: initiator submits and signs, then a separate client approver is required.

  3. 03

3 users: initiator submits, a separate signer signs, and a separate approver approves.

  4. 04

After required client actions, Trust Office processing and Fireblocks status complete the operational picture.

Product truth

What quorum protects

  • Clear next action for each transaction state.
  • Separation between initiator, signer, and approver on three-user flows.
  • A simpler client-side path for one-user quorum wallets.
  • Consistent history because each transaction stores its effective quorum.
